
Paleo Fruit Crumble
Summer in Sonoma County means our beautiful orchards are producing scrumptious fruit. One way to use fruit is to make a fruit crumble. Creating a delicious crust is easy when you use cashews. The cashews add a sweetness to the crumble.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups diced fruit (any combination of peaches, raspberries, strawberries, plums, etc.)
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup ground cashews
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
Dice or slice fruit and place in an ungreased ceramic or glass pie pan. Mix topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of fruit. Bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven until fruit starts to bubble. Cool and enjoy!
